The Company will be operating its vessels under Marshall Islands flag and manned by well qualified Turkish and / or Foreign officers and ratings with full affiliation and on agreement with ITF. The Company will again be hiring selectively among the officers and ratings in the pool that had proven themselves well trained, capable, disciplined and loyal. As the times require, the Company also intends to introduce additional measures that will further enhance its already excellent relationships with its employees.
